What to include

So we can fix it in one reply rather than three.

  • The email you bought with, if it differs from the one you are writing from.
  • Which pack or paper it is.
  • What happened, and what you saw on screen. A screenshot is ideal.
  • Which device and browser, for anything to do with the interactive files.

Please do not send your child's personal details. We never need them to resolve an order.
