These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GrammarPath website and the purchase of our digital 11+ preparation materials. By using our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

GrammarPath provides digital exam preparation materials for the Birmingham and West Midlands 11+ entrance examinations, and is a product of Bright Mentors. Our products are supplied as interactive HTML papers with printable PDF files. You can contact us at hello@grammarpath.co.uk.

2. Our Products

Our products are practice and preparation materials only. While our papers are designed to reflect the format and difficulty of the West Midlands 11+ examination, we are an independent provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any grammar school, examination board, GL Assessment, or the West Midlands Grammar Schools Partnership.

We do not guarantee any particular examination result or outcome. Success in the 11+ depends on many factors outside our control. Our materials are intended to support preparation, not to guarantee a place.

3. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Gumroad, our merchant of record. By purchasing, you agree to Gumroad's terms as well as ours.
• Once payment is confirmed, you will receive instant access to your download along with an email containing your download link.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate email address so we can deliver your products.

4. Licence and Permitted Use

When you purchase a single paper or the paper bundle, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for the preparation of a child in your own household. You may:

• Download and print the materials for personal, non-commercial use.
• Use the materials to prepare your own child or children.

The Tutor Pack carries an extended licence for professional tutors and tuition centres: it permits use with the students you teach, including printing and distributing copies to those students. It does not permit resale or public redistribution.

Across all products, you may not:

• Share, resell, distribute, or publish the materials to any third party (beyond the permitted use of the Tutor Pack).
• Upload the materials to any website, file-sharing service, or social platform.
• Reproduce or create derivative works from the materials for distribution.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our products and on our website (including questions, text, design, and branding) is the intellectual property of GrammarPath and Bright Mentors and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised use, copying or distribution is a breach of these Terms and may constitute copyright infringement.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, specific refund terms apply. Please see our Refund Policy for full details of your rights and how to request a refund.

7. Availability

We aim to keep our website and products available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw products or the website without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrammarPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
