How our reviews work
Every review on a GrammarPath pack comes from a parent who bought it. Here is how we collect them, and the only reasons we would not publish one.

Only buyers can review
About a week after an order, we email the buyer a personal link for each pack they bought. The link only works for that order and that pack, so nobody can review a pack they did not buy, and nobody can review the same order twice. Every review on the site carries a Verified buyer mark for that reason.
We publish good and bad reviews alike
A person checks each review before it appears, usually within two working days. We publish every review that follows the rules below, whatever its star rating. We do not edit what you write. If a review breaks a rule, we hide the whole review rather than change it.
The star rating shown on each pack is the average of all its published reviews. On a bundle’s page we also show reviews of the packs inside it, labelled with the pack they are about.
The rules
We hide a review only if it:
- uses offensive or abusive language;
- gives personal information about a child or anyone else, such as a full name, a school, or contact details;
- is not about the pack;
- is an advert, contains links, or is spam;
- is not the reviewer’s own experience.
We also take a review down if the person who wrote it asks us to.
What we never do
- We never write reviews ourselves, or ask staff, friends or family to write them.
- We never pay for reviews or give discounts, free packs or prizes in return for them.
- We never hide or bury a review because it is negative.
Our replies
We sometimes reply to a review, to thank the parent or to say what we have fixed. A reply always appears under the review, marked Reply from GrammarPath, and never changes the review itself.
Changing or removing your review
Open the link from your review email again to change your review; the new version is checked before it replaces the old one. To have it removed, email hello@grammarpath.co.uk from the address you ordered with.
Reporting a review
If you think a review breaks these rules, email hello@grammarpath.co.uk and tell us which one. We look at every report.
How we handle the name and words you send with a review is set out in our privacy policy.
